HOW TO ORDER

You may order any of our etickets or evouchers through our website. Your order is confirmed once the payment is processed and we accept MasterCard and Visa. Full payment of the goods must be made upon purchase. Once you have processed your credit card through our secured payment portal, it is on the understanding that you wish to go ahead and pay for the booking. The full sum will be debited and your evouchers or etickets will be immediately emailed to you. Once you have made your purchase, the prices cannot be changed. Your statement will either show a debit from Hello Paris Ltd, or our umbrella company Global City Cards Ltd.

 

WEBSITE PURCHASES

All of our products are in voucher format which are emailed to you and therefore incur no postage charges. Once you have made your purchase, the prices cannot be changed. Your payment is redirected via Sagepay, a secure website and therefore safe. Your vouchers will be sent to you by email by the website within an hour or so of you placing your order.  It is therefore your responsibility to provide a correct email address.  Please ensure you check your spam and junk folders as some email hosts put emails with attachments from unknown addresses into these folders. Please note that vouchers are personalised with the name of the buyer – photo ID can be required by the venue upon using the service.  Each voucher has a unique barcode and can only be used once.

 

WEBSITE AND PRICE ACCURACY

Whilst we make every effort for the description of our products to be accurate, information and prices may be amended due to changes made by suppliers, currency fluctuation or error. Prices will not be increased if you have already placed an order but we do reserve the right to increase or reduce prices before you place your order. We do our best to provide all the information possible however it is up to the client to check with the relevant ticket websites to ensure all specific details are correct.

Opening times and days may vary without our prior knowledge. It is the traveller's responsibility, in case of a non reserved attraction with a downloadable voucher, to ensure they have the latest opening time of any venue.

 

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

If you have a complaint at any of the venues we represent you must tell the supplier immediately. We only act as agents for the venue and cannot be held responsible should there be any problems arising during your visit. We will however try our best to resolve any issues you may have. If you wish to pursue your claim on your return home you must do so within 15 days of your return after which period we cannot accept your complaint.

 

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Please make sure you have ordered the correct products at the right quantity before confirming your purchase as once your order is confirmed it cannot be modified nor cancelled.  As electronic vouchers will arrive in your mailbox please ensure you check your spam and junk folders.

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU TAKE OUT HOLIDAY INSURANCE SHOULD YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR TRIP. OUR CANCELLATION POLICY WILL STAND WHATEVER YOUR REASONS FOR CANCELLING.

What information do we collect about you?

We collect information about you when you place an order for products or services.  We also collect information when you voluntarily complete customer surveys, provide feedback and participate in competitions. Website usage information is collected using cookies.

 

How will we use the information about you?

We collect the information about you to process your order, and to sort out any problems or issues that may occur. If you are from a travel company, and you agree, we will pass your details to our sister company Global City Cards Ltd, who will contact you about trade discounts. In processing your order your details will be passed to Sagepay, the secure payment portal, and fraud prevention agencies. Your order details and email address will also be passed to Global City Cards Ltd, which automatically grabs and sends your voucher to you via the online portal www.gatepanda.com. Hello Paris Ltd will not share your information for marketing purposes with other companies outside Hello Paris Ltd and Global City Cards Ltd, and we will only contact you for marketing purposes if you have clearly indicated this is your wish by ticking the box to receive newsletters.

 

Access to your information and correction

You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please email or write to us t the following address. We may make a small charge for this service. We will only keep your personal data until a month after you have travelled (according to the travel date you have given us) in case you need to contact us about your trip, however if you would like to check that the information we hold on you is accurate and up to date, you may contact us by email on manager@helloparis.co.uk. You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate. Please be aware however that vouchers purchased will be sent automatically to the email address given when you order, so whilst we are able to update our records, we are unable to retrieve a voucher which has been sent to a wrong address, and we must keep a record of this address it was sent to until the month after your given travel date.
